Clean Cars of the Future... for California

I saw an ad for this today on Time.com and got very excited.

Dubbed as the "Zero Emission Sedan of the Future," the Honda FCX Clarity [website] is something I've been hoping to see for a while, but it might be a while longer because they're only being released in Southern California. Dangit.

They have good reason for only letting the residents of Torrance, Santa Monica, and Irvine use it: no other cities have places to refuel the cars.
